Petitioner Dean Cox appeals an affirmance by the Benefits Review Board, United States Department of Labor ("BRB" or "Board"), of an Administrative Law Judges ("ALJ") determination denying her benefits under the Black Lung Benefits Act, 30 U.S.C. § 901 et. seq. (1982). She contends that the ALJ erred in finding that none of the alternative medical requirements for invocation of the interim presumption of 20 C.F.R. § 727.203(a)(1985) had been established. We hold that the BRB did not err in refusing to review the merits of the ALJs determination and, accordingly, we affirm the decision and order of the Board.
